Our process is specifically tailored to guide you through the offshore outsourcing experience while ultimately leaving the important decisions up to you.
Initial Consultation
Upon expressing interest in our services, one of our professional consultants will contact you to discuss whether or not offshore outsourcing is right for your business and how to go about it. This is a free service with no obligations.
Situation Analysis
Next, we will put together a situation analysis which will include our suggested plan of action for your organization and complete job descriptions for the positions in which you are interested. This is also a free service with no obligations.
Proposal
Once you've made a decision on a plan of action, we will present you with a proposal which will include the full projected costs of your investment and other useful information.
Contract Agreement
This will include full non-disclosure and non-compete agreements as well as payment and service terms. Once signed, the hiring process begins.
Recruitment
At this point, our India recruiting team begins advertising and searching for candidates that fit your specific job description. All candidates undergo interviews, extensive personal background and employment history checks as well as relevant testing.
Employee Selection
As qualified candidates are validated, our human resource department will forward you their resumes, until you find one that you like. We will then schedule interviews over the phone, internet, or in person in India, between you and your favorite applicants of interest. Should you wish, our local consultants will be glad to help you in making the right decisions.
Implementation
Time to get to work. We will help you get the most out of your staff by having one of our local consultants conduct a distance management training seminar in your place of business (where applicable).
Evaluation Period
Once your staff has begun working for you, we leave you a 5 day evaluation period to determine whether or not each employee is truly right for you. Should you change your mind about the employee, we'll find a new one for you free of charge!
